CommonSpirit Health's Arizona General Hospital Ahwatukee & Tempe locations seek a Hospital Satellite Emergency Department Nursing Manager to lead and empower our nursing team delivering patient-centered care through growth and operational excellence.

You will mentor RNs, oversee clinical operations, coordinate shifts, drive staff development, and champion safety and quality across the unit within a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent education and experience required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience.
• One (1) year of leadership experience.
• Registered Nurse: AZ
• American Heart Association BLS
• American Heart Association ACLS
• American Heart Association PALS

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns nursing staff across shifts based on utilization trends.
• Coordinates unit activities during shifts and directs nursing staff.
• Assesses, monitors and educates staff on patient care; institutes emergency procedures as needed.
• Provides nursing care to patients as needed.
