HCA Florida West Tampa Hospital is seeking an Emergency Nurse Manager to lead the ED team in delivering high-quality, safe patient care around the clock. You will maintain nursing standards, collaborate with physicians, and drive ongoing quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Nursing diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• CPR/ACLS/PALS or ENPC as required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for safe, high-quality patient care in the ED on a 24-hour basis.
• Ensure nursing practice, policies and regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinate care with physicians, patients and healthcare team.
• Develop and implement programs to monitor and improve nursing quality and patient safety.
• Improve hospital-wide core measures, safety and service excellence in assigned units.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital services and departments.
