Job summary

Dunkin’ is hiring Crew Members to prepare food and beverages, follow brand standards, and deliver great guest service. You will maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and assist with drive-thru and front counter operations as needed.

You will be responsible for following recipes, handling payments if applicable, and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered with speed, all while keeping guests at the center of service.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
