Qualifications

• Pre-operation machine inspection and loading hinges.
• Load screws and hinges for assembly.
• Rotate positions to support cross-functional team.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Pre-operation machine inspection- load screws and hinges.
• Sort and push door stacks down the conveyor tracks.
• Use mallet to loosen doors. Load hinge machine with bifold door panels for hinging.
• Inspect and ensure hardware aligned and applied correctly prior to push off.
• Pull off cullboards, change bits, restock rails/assist .
• Reject doors are directed to repair and remakes requested.
• LOTO certified and use of air gun during clean up.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bending, constant twisting while carrying product, stooping, pushing, and standing for long continuous hours is required.
