Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Dock Coordinator in Indiana to manage inbound and outbound freight schedules and coordinate drivers to loading/unloading points. You will collect, verify, and file data for shipments and collaborate with brokers and carriers daily.

The role requires 5+ years in planning or logistics and a high school diploma or GED. Regular shifts from 6 am–6 pm or 6 pm–6 am may include nights, weekends or holidays based on demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, inventory management or logistics preferred.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills with freight drivers and carriers.
• Proficient in creating purchase orders and tracking shipments.
• Maintain 5S and safety practices in the work area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date inbound and outbound schedules.
• Update schedule changes and direct freight drivers to loading/unloading locations.
• Verify data for supervisors and file relevant documents (BOLs, manifests, packing slips).
• Create purchase orders with brokers, carriers, and shipping companies.
