Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group is seeking a Director of Nursing Services for our skilled nursing facility in Sonora, CA. This leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care and exceptional hospitality to residents and staff, with relocation assistance available.

The DNS will oversee care planning, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and ongoing education to maintain top-tier care outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years working in geriatric nursing, incl. medication administration and delivery systems.
• 2+ years in supervisory/management positions, incl. budgets, staff development, scheduling.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Preferred: Working knowledge of MDS, state/federal survey, and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services planning, implementing, and evaluating each resident's care plan.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state/local standards and protect resident/staff information.
