Job summary

ARISE/EFR is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a friendly young man who enjoys music, books read aloud, and walks in his neighborhood. You will help him improve communication and independent living skills, and assist with personal care.

Hours include back-up weekday shifts, with occasional weekend work, and potential to become a consistent, part-time position. Pay rate is $22.00 per hour. ARISE/EFR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Flexibility with assignments and schedule required.
• Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time.
• Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred.
• Ability to download and follow ARISE/EFR's technology policy.
