Responsibilities

• Engage the individual in community outings and activities.
• Assist with life skills, personal boundaries, and daily routines.
• Help with budgeting for outings and problem-solving daily challenges to foster independence.
• Provide safe transportation to community events, outings, and appointments.
• Assist with meal planning and cooking, keeping the home organized and welcoming.
• Maintain detailed daily communication and tracking logs following the ISP.
