Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and condiment containers.
• Assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering food orders, and providing items as needed.
• Communicate with servers to ensure tables are prepared for new guests.
• Keep the server station and busser station clean and well-organized; restock items as needed.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace trash bags when necessary.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner; address inquiries as needed.
• Assist with overall restaurant cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning.
