Responsibilities

• Table maintenance: Clear and reset tables promptly after guests depart and transport used items to the dishwashing area.
• Assistance to servers: Help with refilling drinks, delivering food orders, and providing items to guests.
• Support to kitchen staff: Transport dishes from the kitchen to the dining area and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Organization and restocking: Keep stations clean, restock napkins, utensils, and condiments, and empty trash as needed.
• Guest interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and address inquiries when necessary.
• Cleaning and maintenance: Sweep, mop floors, clean windows, and report maintenance needs.
