Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to handle cash and give accurate change.
• Comfortable with technology and using a POS system.
• Prior food-service and cashier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers in a positive cafe environment.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the space and dishes.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and be a self-starter.
• Know and maintain Fooda standards of service and sanitation daily.
• Escalate issues to Director when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve.
