Job summary

Fooda in Needham, MA is hiring a Dining Associate to join our on-site cafe team. You will welcome customers, handle cash, operate the POS, and deliver friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced dining program.

Daily tasks include maintaining a clean cafe environment, supporting Fooda standards of service and sanitation, and communicating clearly with teammates. Prior food service or cashier experience is preferred and growth opportunities exist within Fooda.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Friendly, high energy, and comfortable interacting with people.
• Ability to handle cash and provide accurate change.
• Comfortable with technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive cafe environment
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of the space and dishes
• Communicate effectively and be a self-starter
• Follow Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation daily
• Escalate issues to Director when necessary
