Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to engage students.
• Strong teamwork mentality and willingness to learn and grow.
• Able to take coaching and feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Assist students in reaching personal dance goals through events and practice.
• Attend weekday evening and weekend events with students as needed.
• Create a positive, energetic studio environment for all ages.
