Fred Astaire Dance Studios is expanding its team of professional dance instructors. We are currently hiring for a Dance Instructor.

Whether you have years of dance experience or are new, you could build a rewarding career with us as you help students grow. As a high-energy instructor, you will conduct private and group classes throughout the week, attend events, and support students in reaching personal dance goals.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Willing to commit to the work and be a positive team member.
• Able to accept coaching and feedback for improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills with students of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals through events and regular instruction.
• Attend studio events in evenings and some weekends with students.
• Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for all participants.
