Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Connecticut is hiring a Dance Instructor to lead private and group classes throughout the week. You’ll guide students toward their personal dance goals while delivering high-energy, engaging sessions and maintaining a positive studio atmosphere.

As a team member, you’ll attend weekday evening and weekend events with students, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a fun, supportive learning environment that celebrates progress and achievement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to teach private and group dance classes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to motivate students and track progress
• Willingness to participate in events and performances
