Fred Astaire Dance Studios is actively seeking a Dance Instructor in Connecticut to lead private and group classes with energy and a customer-focused mindset. You will guide students, help them reach personal goals, and enjoy a dynamic studio environment.

As part of our team, you’ll host weekday evenings and weekend events with your students, collaborate with colleagues, and have opportunities for training and advancement within our studio network.

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic about dance and able to motivate students.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and accept coaching.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong fitness and endurance for class instruction.

Responsibilities

• Lead private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Guide students to reach personal dance goals and enjoy the learning journey.
• Attend weekday evenings and weekend events with students.
• Collaborate with the team on studio events and performances.
• Participate in dances and competitions when applicable.
