Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is expanding its team and seeking a Performing Arts Specialist who can conduct engaging private and group dance classes, helping students reach personal goals. You will interact with people from all walks of life, stay highly active, and enjoy flexible earning opportunities through events and performances.

You will teach across weekday evenings and some weekends, joining a team with a rich legacy dating back to 1947.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic and customer-focused with a passion for dance.
• Ability to conduct private and group classes and motivate students.
• Willingness to attend weekday evenings and weekend events with students.
• Open to coaching and feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals through events and lessons.
• Attend events on some evenings and weekends as part of teaching schedule.
• Engage with students from diverse backgrounds and ages to deliver a positive experience.
