Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is expanding its team and hiring a Performing Arts Specialist to lead private and group dance sessions. You will engage students, help them achieve personal goals, and participate in events that strengthen the studio community.

The role requires energy, excellent customer service, and a willingness to attend weekday evenings and weekends for events with your students. You’ll be part of a global, supportive dance family.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate outstanding customer service and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback for improvement.
• High level of energy and physical fitness for active instruction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals through events and lessons.
• Attend weekday evenings and weekend events with students as needed.
• Engage with students from diverse backgrounds and ages.
