Fred Astaire Dance Studios is growing and hiring a Performing Arts Specialist to join our team of professional instructors. You will conduct private and group dance classes, helping students reach personal dance goals through a variety of formats and events.

The role offers opportunities for growth, performance, and travel within a high-energy studio environment. As a dynamic, customer-focused instructor, you will engage with students of all ages, participate in weekday evenings and some weekend

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and passionate about dance.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to commit to weekday evenings and weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
