Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is expanding and currently hiring a Dance Coach. Whether you have years of dance experience or are new, you could have a successful future with us.

You will conduct private and group classes throughout the week helping students reach personal goals, from a single event to a lifelong journey, in a high-energy, customer-focused environment. We host performances, events, travel opportunities, and a structured curriculum.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Willing to commit to the work and responsibilities.
• Able to work well in a team and take feedback for improvement.
• Maintain high physical fitness and endurance for dancing and coaching.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with students of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Lead private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals and participate in events for exposure.
• Attend weekday evenings and some weekend events with students as needed.
