Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is growing and actively hiring a Dance Coach to lead private and group classes across the week, helping students reach personal dance goals and enjoy an energetic, supportive studio environment.

As part of a nationally recognized dance program, you will work with students of all ages, attend events on evenings or weekends as needed, and benefit from professional training, competitive compensation, and opportunities to advance within the studio network.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or coaching dance is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to attend evening and weekend events with students.
• Ability to motivate, motivate and empower students of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Lead private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals and growth milestones.
• Attend events and performances with students when scheduled.
• Foster a positive, energetic studio environment and safe practice.
