Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is growing and actively hiring a Dance Coach to lead private and group classes while helping students reach their personal dance goals. You will work closely with a team to support events and ongoing dance growth for students of all levels.

We welcome energetic, customer-focused coaches who enjoy staying active and teaching. Regular studio hours include some weekday evenings and weekends to accommodate student schedules and events.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and 100% passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills are required.
• Willingness to commit to the work and meet goals.
• Ability to hold oneself accountable and be a team player.
• Open to coaching and feedback for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals and participate in events.
• Attend weekday evenings and weekend events with students.
• Engage with people from diverse backgrounds and ages.
