Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC seeks a part-time Group Exercise instructor in Minneapolis/St. Paul to lead fitness classes, create fresh routines, and motivate participants with a professional, on-time attitude. You will collaborate with staff and adapt to studio needs while maintaining safety standards.

Requirements include 1+ year of group exercise leadership, an accredited group exercise certification, and CPR/AED. Training for branded formats may be required. This is a part-time role with per-unit pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed for those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification; First Aid is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging group exercise classes with fresh and innovative routines.
• Maintain punctual, professional conduct and motivate participants.
• Collaborate and flexibly lead in and out of the studio.
