The Lahey Hospital & Medical Center / Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Physician Assistant for its busy Critical Care service across LHMC Burlington, Beverly Hospital, and Winchester Hospital. You will join a multidisciplinary ICU team, perform daily rounds, bedside procedures, ventilator management, and help manage ICU admissions and consults in a fast-paced hospital setting.

This is a rotational, day/night/weekend role with emphasis on independent critical thinking and compassionate

Qualifications

• Independent critical thinking and patient care management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in critical care medicine.
• Collaborates effectively within a multidisciplinary ICU team.

Responsabilités

• Daily rounds and management of critical illnesses.
• Performing common bedside procedures.
• Ventilator management.
• Managing ICU admissions and critical care consults.
• Bed flow management.
• Serving on the LHMC Medical Emergency Team and responding to hospital emergencies.
