Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. is seeking a Critical Care APP (NP/PA) to join the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in Massachusetts.

The role covers three ICUs at LHMC Burlington, Beverly Hospital, and Winchester Hospital, with daily rounds and critical care responsibilities. You will perform bedside procedures, manage ventilated patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in critical care medicine is preferred.
• Ability to perform bedside procedures and manage ICU patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork across multiple hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Daily rounds and management of critically ill patients across ICUs.
• Ventilator management and ICU admissions/critical care consults.
• Bed flow management and participation in the LHMC Medical Emergency Team.
