Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. The role covers LHMC Burlington, Beverly Hospital, and Winchester Hospital in a fast-paced ICU setting.

You will perform daily rounds, manage critical illnesses, and participate in ventilator management and ICU consults as part of a multidisciplinary team. Rotation includes days, nights, and weekends across three affiliated hospitals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in critical care medicine preferred.
• NP/PA certification or eligible required.
• Strong clinical decision making and bedside skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily rounds and management of critical illnesses.
• Ventilator management.
• Managing ICU admissions and consults.
• Bed flow management.
• Respond to hospital emergencies as part of the Medical Emergency Team.
