Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our Minneapolis office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of CRE experience and will manage transactions through resolution in a collaborative environment.

Requirements include a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and Minnesota Bar admission (or eligibility to waive in). Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills are essential, with a commitment to client service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Minnesota Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while meeting deadlines.
• Commitment to client service, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including commercial leasing, financing matters, and real estate purchases/sales.
• Handle all aspects of real estate transactions from initial client intake to final sale.
• Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with up to date laws on contracts and commercial real estate transactions.
• Advise clients on purchases and leasing documents.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve efficient and favorable results.
