Job summary

Rh Showroom in Knoxville is seeking a friendly Counter Salesperson to assist customers, process sales orders, and maintain neat, stocked displays.

You will provide product information, pricing, and availability, work with the sales team to achieve revenue targets, and help with returns and customer follow-up as needed.

A background in customer service or counter sales is preferred, with strong communication and a willingness to learn product lines and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in customer service or counter sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who purchase and/or pick up merchandise at the Profit Center.
• Accurately process and fill Sales Orders generated at the sales counter.
• Attract and retain customers.
• Work with the PCM to establish revenue and margin targets.
• Provide customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Keep the counter area and merchandise displays clean, neat, current, stocked and safely displayed.
• Assist co-workers in servicing customers, including answering calls and pulling orders for delivery.
