Job summary

Highland Care Center in Holladay, Utah, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated care team. You will work closely with occupational therapists to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs.
• Conduct occupational therapy sessions to improve patients’ occupational performance.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and therapy records.
• Participate in program development and staff training activities.
