Job summary

Healthier Kids Foundation seeks a Corporate Team Building Facilitator to deliver bicycle-build events for corporate teams, helping donate bikes to children and community groups. You will guide introductions, activities, and debriefs, fostering collaboration and inclusive participation while coordinating logistics and safety.

Travel to off-site locations is required; occasional evenings and weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience facilitating groups, presenting, or leading activities.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to give clear, concise instructions to diverse participants.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing event needs.
• Willingness to travel to off-site client locations.
• Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging team-building experiences for corporate clients.
• Guide participants from event introductions through conclusion.
• Create an energetic, inclusive environment encouraging collaboration and participation.
• Lead post-event discussions linking experiences to workplace concepts.
• Set up and break down event materials, tools, and equipment.
• Represent the organization professionally with clients, volunteers and vendors.
• Travel to off-site client locations as needed.
