Job summary

Summit Clinical Research Solutions is seeking a Contract Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned clinical trials in Edinburg, TX. You will recruit and screen participants, document study activities, and ensure protocol, GCP, and privacy compliance.

You will collaborate with sponsors, vendors, and team members, maintain study records, track enrollment, and support regulatory and QA tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to recruit and screen study participants and ensure compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Must understand GCP/ICH guidelines and maintain participant privacy and data confidentiality.
• Experience with clinical trial workflows, documentation, and data management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CTMS systems; familiarity with CRIO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen study participants and document daily trial activities.
• Maintain participant privacy and data confidentiality in accordance with sponsor requirements and regulations (FDA, ICH GCP, HIPAA).
• Complete study assessments and coordinate appointment scheduling and data collection.
• Track enrollment status and study-specific reports to keep sites on track.
• Coordinate with sponsors, vendors, and study team to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare memos/emails and maintain study documents and regulatory files.
