Summit Clinical Research Solutions in Dallas is seeking a Clinical Recruitment Associate to recruit prospective participants for clinical studies and to build strong relationships with healthcare providers, non-profit organizations, and local businesses.

The role involves setting up educational events, coordinating recruitment communications, and promoting health education while ensuring participant privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Recruit, schedule, and screen study participants using protocol criteria.
• Develop relationships with local healthcare and social service providers.
• Coordinate event participation with vendors and community representatives.
• Provide health education, support, and accurate information to community members and healthcare providers.
• Participate in health promotion activities including home visits, health fairs, and public events to support participant recruitment.
