Job summary

Summit Clinical Research Solutions is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to oversee daily trial operations at our Framers Branch site in Texas. The role involves participant recruitment, screening, consent, and ensuring protocol adherence while safeguarding patient privacy and data integrity.

You will collaborate with sponsors, monitors, and internal teams, manage study documentation, and help drive enrollment to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science field preferred.
• 2–3 years of clinical research coordinator experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRIO/CTMS or equivalent CTMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day trial activities and ensure protocol compliance.
• Recruit, screen, and consent study participants per protocol.
• Maintain participant privacy and data confidentiality per regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with sponsors, monitors, and site staff; manage study documentation.
• Track enrollment and study status reports; support quality checks and CAPA as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure timely study-related communications.
