Job summary

You'll handle logistics for shoots, coordinate locations, talent, equipment, and permits, and ensure documentation, schedules, and assets align with campaign goals and quality standards across all content.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Teamwork, Asana, Trello).
• Basic understanding of design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and timelines for photo, video, and digital content projects.
• Serve as the logistical coordinator for capture-shoots, including booking locations, talent, equipment, and managing permits.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align production with campaign goals.
• Assist in managing internal and external communications related to production.
• Track and manage production budgets, expenses, invoices, and vendor contracts.
• Maintain clear documentation including call sheets, production briefs, and post-production timelines.
• Support the social media team with asset delivery and scheduling needs.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all produced content.
• Collaborate with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee quality control.
• Assist with market research, reporting, and performance analysis.
