Job summary

Qualifications

• A.S. degree in Construction Management or journeyman status with 10+ years supervising construction.
• 4-7 years experience assisting or supervising on commercial/institutional projects.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and construction software.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk job sites.
• Clean driving record and OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid credentials.
• QCM credential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field activities to meet milestone dates.
• Create short-interval look-ahead schedules to communicate and track upcoming events.
• Maintain a culture that values safety, health, and cleanliness.
• Coordinate work to ensure compliance with contract documents and best practices.
• Establish and maintain dimensional controls; arrange third-party survey as needed.
• Verify work is installed in a workmanlike manner (plumb, level, straight).
• Maintain look-ahead at least two weeks to predict and solve issues.
• Obtain inspections and document quality aspects of the work.
• Ensure all aspects comply with contract terms and legal requirements.
• Administer client programs such as CQC, Safety, and Environmental Stewardship.
