Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator, Project Manager or field management role.
• Knowledge of safety, health and quality guidelines for construction sites.
• Detail oriented, well organized, time management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed estimate sheets, bid proposals, and supporting documentation for submission.
• Evaluate project documents including blueprints and specifications to identify scope, materials and labor requirements.
• Assist project managers, architects and subcontractors to refine details and establish pricing.
• Perform takeoffs and analyze materials and resources for each project division.
• Maintain records of historical costs, suppliers and subcontractors to improve future estimates.
