• Evaluate drawings, specs, and contracts to identify scope, materials, and labor.
• Assist project managers, architects, and subcontractors to refine details and pricing.
• Perform takeoffs and analyze material quantities for each project division.
• Maintain historical cost records to expedite future estimates and budgeting.
• Other duties as assigned.
