Job summary

Stealth in New Orleans seeks a mid-level Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join a sophisticated practice. The role offers a hybrid work environment and the opportunity to handle high-stakes matters alongside seasoned litigators.

You will manage all phases of complex litigation, draft pleadings, conduct research, and coordinate with partners on strategy, with exposure to class actions, securities litigation, and appellate work.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in Louisiana in good standing (or eligibility for admission).
• 3–6 years of commercial litigation experience.
• BigLaw or litigation boutique background preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously with a high degree of independence.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial issues.
• Manage discovery, including written discovery, depositions, and document review.
• Appear in court for hearings, oral arguments, and related proceedings.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case developments and strategy.
• Support matters across a range of practice areas including class actions, securities litigation, insurance coverage, appellate, and other complex civil matters.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
