Offit Kurman is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated matters alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial litigation background, with experience including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client-service skills.
• New York and/or New Jersey admission and experience.

• Handle substantive aspects of litigation, including research and analysis.
