• Trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initial case assessment and investigation
• Draft pleadings and handle the discovery process
• Consult with clients and conduct pre-trial activities
• Prepare and draft legal documents for clients
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements for disputes
• Comply with legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
• Conduct legal research for Motions filed with the Court
