This Am Law 100 firm focuses on complex business disputes, including breach of contract claims and other high-stakes commercial matters, with regional and national clients. You will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, support partners through all litigation stages, and collaborate with senior attorneys while maintaining client communication and case management in both state and federal courts.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of litigation experience in commercial disputes
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Admitted to the Texas Bar
