Job summary

The Post Oak in Biloxi is seeking a Cocktail Server to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, take and deliver drink orders, and offer recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of cocktails and beverages. This is a 21+ tipped position focusing on fast, friendly service and teamwork to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a similar customer service role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
• Must be 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take and deliver drink orders promptly with recommendations.
• Engage with customers and anticipate needs and preferences.
• Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders.
• Verify guest IDs for age-restricted purchases.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with bartenders and staff to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate effectively with team to fulfill guest requests.
