• Able to wear the Treasure Bay cocktail uniform.

Responsibilities

• Receives beverage orders directly from guests.
• Places orders to the bartenders in the proper calling order.
• Observes all alcohol awareness rules when serving the guests.
• Observant and aware of guest needs at all times.
• Maintains the highest level of sanitation, personal grooming and personal conduct at all times.
• Has knowledge of cocktails, beer, wines and pricing of all beverages.
• Maintains a clean section.
• Completes all side work – cleaning and stocking duties as outlined.
• Other duties as assigned.
