The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Cocktail Server for our Tampa area team. You will greet guests, take drink orders, and deliver an exceptional bar experience in a fast-paced environment.

With 1-2 years of serving experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude, you’ll keep up with busy shifts, stay knowledgeable on our menu, and handle guest requests while ensuring accurate billing and tipping compliance. A flexible schedule is required, including nights and weekends.

• 1–2 years of serving experience required.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Always remain educated on menu offerings and answer questions.
• Perform side work and maintain service areas during shifts.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report gratuities.
