Job summary

KidStrong South Denver is seeking an energetic Coach to deliver our engaging curriculum to children walking to 11 years old. You will lead fun, structured classes, uphold safety, and communicate progress with families in a friendly, supportive manner.

In this role, you will work weekends and weekday afternoons on a part‑time basis, with opportunities for advancement as you develop coaching skills and mentor other team members within our Parker center.

Qualifications

• Must love working with children.
• Experience coaching kids aged walking to 11 years.
• Excellent communication with parents/guardians.
• High energy and engaging presence in every class.
• Mentor to fellow coaches and contribute to team growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic KidStrong classes that develop brainpower, motor skills, and character.
• Understand and communicate KidStrong curriculum with enthusiasm.
• Achieve and maintain Coach Certification through training programs.
• Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class.
