Job summary

Argosy Collegiate Charter School in Fall River, MA is seeking a dedicated teacher to join a college-preparatory, small school community. You will deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction aligned to MA standards, using data to drive planning and interventions.

You will collaborate with general and special education, ESL teachers, and school leaders to close gaps, ensure inclusive practices, and foster a culture of achievement and college readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in education (preferred)
• Experience in urban or charter school setting with track record for closing achievement gaps
• SEI endorsement by end of first year (implied)
• Ability to modify curriculum for equity and access

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality instruction aligned to MA frameworks
• Enact schoolwide systems and routines for organized learning environments
• Collaborate with general education, special education, and ELL teachers
• Submit deliverables timely and engage in professional development
• Implement IEPs, 504 plans, and EL strategies
• Communicate with scholars, families, and colleagues in line with DREAM values
