Job summary

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document signs/symptoms, vitals, and relevant medical history.
• Set up for procedures and assist with injections, dressings, catheterizations, and related tasks.
• Schedule tests, radiology exams, and appointments; document in EMR and handle check-ins/check-outs.
• Administer immunizations where applicable and update immunization records.
• Perform phone triage and process prescription refills as directed by the provider.
• Greet visitors and support the clinic's mission and values; assist staff as needed.
