Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in land development engineering for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and CAD software.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems using Civil 3D and modeling tools.
• Perform engineering calculations and solve design challenges.
• Prepare technical specifications and construction documents.
• Assist with cost estimates and construction planning.
• Support field inspections and data collection.
• Collaborate with clients and senior engineers to deliver results.
