The ideal candidate possesses over 6 years of engineering experience, a degree in Civil Engineering, and proficiency in Civil 3D. Strong communication skills are essential. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in land development engineering, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• EIT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designing site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems.
• Performing engineering calculations and solving design challenges.
• Preparing technical specifications and construction documents.
• Conducting research and writing reports to support project completion.
• Assisting with cost estimates and construction planning.
• Supporting field inspections and data collection.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams.
