Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/IS or related field with 18 graduate hours in CS/IT related disciplines.
• Three or more years of college teaching experience.
• Experience with Canvas or another Learning Management System.
• Active industry certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, Oracle, ISC2, VMware, Red Hat, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, inclusive, and student-centered instruction across face-to-face, hybrid, online, and laboratory formats.
• Develop laboratory exercises and hands-on learning experiences.
• Participate in curriculum development and revision.
• Provide academic advising and mentoring to students.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to institutional initiatives.

Education

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or closely related discipline; or Master's degree in another discipline with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
